Morning Meditations

In 2022, Morning Meditation was conceived as a response to the powerful and profound transformation in the collective consciousness which we are now experiencing.  Community practice provides a refuge from the storm of current events and the conceptual mind's endless narration of fear.  So that we may illuminate a path of peaceableness within and radiate that shining without.  As a WAY to serve all Being.   

 We suggest listening to the pointer and then sitting for 30-45 minutes quietly with your eyes closed or gazing softly.
